These terms govern the technical and creative interaction between users and Datreno. By accessing our applications, you enter a binding agreement centered on performance, integrity, and intellectual respect.

Rules of Engagement
Our applications are engineered for fair play and artistic appreciation. We strictly prohibit the use of third-party automation tools, reverse engineering of our codebase, or any activity that compromises the 120Hz-optimized experience for other players.
Datreno reserves the right to terminate access for users who exploit latency-free mechanics for unintended advantages or who engage in behavior that undermines the "Calm Play" environment we cultivate.

Our static assets are high-fidelity, requiring significant local storage space (min 2GB).

Proprietary Rights & Asset Usage
Datreno is a studio defined by its visual language. All game art, soundscapes, and mechanical patterns are the intellectual property of Datreno, Berlin.

Everything on this site and within our mobile applications—including code, graphics, interactive elements, and interface design—is owned by Datreno. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use our software for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Any attempt to replicate the unique mechanics or visual aesthetic of "Studio Graphite" will be met with legal action under German IP law.
Liability Constraints
While we aim for 60fps locked performance, we cannot guarantee the behavior of our software on unsupported or modified hardware. Datreno shall not be liable for binary corruption, data loss on non-cloud-synced devices, or any indirect damages resulting from server-side maintenance downtimes. Use characterizes acceptance of these technical constraints.
Dispute Resolution
In accordance with our Berlin-based operations, any legal disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Germany. The courts of Berlin hold exclusive jurisdiction over matters concerning service abuse, licensing breaches, and contractual disagreements.
Our terms are designed to protect the experience of the player, not to harvest data. We believe games should be professional artifacts—stable, private, and owned by those who appreciate the craft.
Privacy Anchor
We do not sell player usage metrics. Your progress is personal data, handled with Berlin-standard security protocols.
Ethics Anchor
No hidden micro-transactions. We maintain high visual fidelity without exploiting psychological mechanics.
