When you interact with our services via datreno.site or our mobile apps, we may process technical metadata (IP address, device model, OS version). This is used strictly for optimizing the app for your specific hardware—ensuring a steady 60fps experience and low-latency response times.

We explicitly do not sell, trade, or rent your information to third-party advertisers. Our monetization model is built on premium experiences, not behavioral tracking.

A user launches a Datreno application on a high-refresh-rate device. The app checks local performance constraints to adjust visual fidelity without pinging an external ID server.

2. Processing

In the event of an app crash, a redacted log is sent via SSL to our Berlin-based servers. No personal details, GPS coordinates, or contact lists are included in this transmission.

3. Resolution

After 90 days, any collected technical metadata is automatically purged from our production databases, leaving only high-level, aggregate metrics that cannot be traced back to an individual user.
