Transparency is the foundation of the Datreno studio. This document establishes the governing framework for our intellectual property, liability constraints, and operational standards.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP
All content hosted on this domain and within Datreno software applications—including but not limited to typography, interface logic, aesthetic compositions, and game mechanics—remains the exclusive property of Datreno. Unauthorized replication, modification, or distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited under German and International copyright laws.
We maintain a rigorous stance on intellectual property because our games are crafted as premium, singular experiences. Any "look-alike" versions or extracted code snippets found outside designated distribution channels are considered a direct violation of our creative sovereignty.
LIABILITY & RISK
Operational constraints & system boundaries
Device Divergence
Datreno applications are optimized for the latest generation of mobile hardware. We do not warrant functionality on devices with modified operating systems (rooting/jailbreaking), which often leads to security vulnerabilities and performance degradation.
Risk avoidance: Use factory-standard OS
Network Latency
While we offer premium offline capabilities, certain sync features require stable connectivity. We are not responsible for data loss or disrupted sessions caused by unstable ISP providers or fluctuating mobile carrier signals.
Risk avoidance: Sync over Fiber/WiFi
Third-Party Plugins
Our software may interact with third-party display drivers or social integration layers. These are provided "as-is" with no liability for conflicts arising from updates to those external services.

COMPLIANCE FRAMEWORK
Core Assumptions
We operate under the assumption that all users are of legal age or have guardian consent for mobile software usage. We assume users maintain hardware that meets our "Minimum Spec" listing found in technical documentation.
Hard Constraints
Our single-purchase model precludes any hidden subscription billing. We are legally constrained from collecting behavioral data without explicit opting-in via our privacy modal.
Pivot Criteria
We would fundamentally change our legal view only if German digital distribution statutes or European Union transparency laws undergo a systemic overhaul.
